The Law enhances legal regulation of activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Thus, it regulates the procedure under which the Constitutional Court shall define compliance (non-compliance) of a Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine with the requirements of Clauses 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine; defines the term for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to adopt certain resolutions, determines the form and content of appeal of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine whether the case on dismissal of the President of Ukraine under the impeachment procedure or terms of instituting the constitutional proceedings under the corresponding procedure comply with the constitutional regulations, etc.
